Men allegedly steal scrap metal

FRANKLINVILLE, N.Y. (WIVB) – Two Franklinville men are accused of stealing scrap metal from a location on Hillibrant Road. New York State Police say they reported to the reported larceny scene on Thursday.

Police arrested 32-year-old John T. McClory at the scene. A deputy arrested 35-year-old Joshua L. Flury nearby, after he allegedly fled the scene. Both men were charged with trespass, petit larceny, criminal possession of stolen property and possession of burglar’s tools.

McClory and Flury were arraigned in Town of Franklinville Court and taken to Cattaraugus County Jail. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
