FREDONIA, N.Y. (WIVB) – Two men accused of shooting and killed a 72-year-old Fredonia man have now pleaded guilty.

Theodore Wickham, 46, of Dunkirk pleaded guilty Wednesday to second degree manslaughter for the death of Frank Slate. Christopher Grant, 26, also of Dunkirk, had previously pleaded guilty to the same charge.

Last September, prosecutors say Wickham and Grant killed Slate after an argument between Grant and Slate. Wickham claimed the shot was fired to scare Slate.
