Seven arrested in Medina drug raids

MEDINA, N.Y. (WIVB) – After a six-month investigation into the sale and distribution of prescription pills and marijuana in the Village of Medina, several people were taken into custody.

The Orleans County Major Felony Crime Task Force along with sheriff’s deputies and Medina Police executed two search warrants on Friday, one at a home on Erin Road and the other at a home on State Street. In all, seven people were taken into custody:

Mathew Albone, 32, of Medina. Charged with:

  • Two counts of fourth degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
  • Two counts of fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance

Stacy Bryan, 23, of Medina. Charged with:

  • Three counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
  • Three counts of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
  • One count of third degree welfare fraud

Kimberly Dillon, 57, of Medina. Charged with:

  • Three counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
  • Three counts of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
  • One count of third degree welfare fraud

Serina Winters, 37, of Medina. Charged with:

  • Two counts of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
  • Two counts of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
  • One count of third degree welfare fraud

Lori Martinez, 47, of Medina. Charged with:

  • One count of third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
  • One count of third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance
  • One count of third degree welfare fraud

Kayle Rowling, 22, of Medina. Charged with:

  • Two counts of third degree criminal sale of marijuana

Bradley Albone, 63, of Medina. Charged with:

  • One count of unlawful possession of marijuana

Rowling and Bradley Albone were released on their own recognizance to appear in court at a later date. The other five suspects were taken to the Orleans County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Authorities say further arrests and charges are pending.
