Volunteers, children honor MLK’s legacy


BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – Volunteers and children will remember Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy Monday in Buffalo. Buffalo Promise Neighborhood families and volunteers, and volunteers from the Service Collaborative of Western New York and Cleve Hill United Methodist Church will get together.

While volunteers renovate the church, children will be on site viewing and discussing the video “My Friend Martin.” The children will also be making bracelets for local veterans.
