BUFFALO, NY (WIVB) – On Saturday night the Buffalo Bandits opened their season against the Philadelphia Wings.  Despite new coach, Troy Cordingley on the bench, the team didn’t look much different from last year as they fell to the Wings 17-13 at the First Niagara Center.

The Wings led the whole way through. Jordan Hall paced Philadelphia with five goals. The Bandits failed to generate nearly as much offense as the Wings, getting just 26 shots on goal compared to the Wings 40 shots on goal.

Buffalo will host Toronto on January 10.
