GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. (WIVB) – A long-time eyesore that thousands of people pass every day on Grand Island could soon come back to life.

Rundra Management and Rosewood Hotels of Cheektowaga have bought the former Dunlop building on Long Road from JSJ Holdings. The building turned into a magnet for vandals and graffiti after Dunlop Tire moved out in 1993.

The new owners say the bones of this building are still solid and they’d like to fix it up instead of knocking it down.
