Man allegedly provides alcohol to teens

SHELDON, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Varysburg man has been charged with hosting an underage drinking party after a traffic stop early Sunday morning. The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle on State Route 98 around 3:30 a.m. Sunday. Police say the driver was sober, however, there were allegedly four teenagers in the car that had been consuming alcohol.

The sheriff’s office determined the teens had been at a residence on State Route 77. Police say 20-year-old Bradley Clark was hosting a party at the residence and knowingly provided and allowed underage people to drink alcohol.

Clark was charged with unlawful dealing with a child. He will answer charges in Town of Sheldon Court in February. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
