McKinley rallies to take down #1 East

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – After trailing by 12 at halftime, McKinley staged a massive comeback in the second half to knock off the #1-ranked team in the state in Class B, beating East 78-74.

The win extended McKinley’s Yale Cup win streak to 30 games.

The Macks went on a 12-0 run in the second half to take the lead.

D’Andre Steward led the Macks with 21 points. Jaylen Prophet chipped in 17, Devin Morris added 16, and Varin Lenard hit for 11.
