Man connected to meth lab sentenced

One of six people arrested for a meth lab in Wellsville was sentenced Wednesday to time served.

Justin McPherson was arrested in February 2012 on charges of conspiracy to manufacture, possess with intent to distribute and distribute, 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. The 28-year-old was arrested with five others at a home on Madison Avenue in Wellsville.
