A Buffalo man who police say was driving 90 MPH on Rt. 33 was also allegedly intoxicated.
State Police stopped Brian Madden around 10:10 p.m. on Wednesday for speeding and say he showed signs of being intoxicated. A breath text revealed the 35-year-old had a BAC of .09 percent, troopers say. He was arrested and charged with DWI.
In addition, while taking him into custody, police say they found crack cocaine on his person. Madden was also charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
