Snowy streets, blow winds cause messy commute

Western New York is at the mercy of an unforgiving wind chill. Snowy streets made it tough to get around town in certain areas Monday morning.

Some schools decided it was too cold for classes, while others decided to stay open. Tuesday, western New York could see the coldest day of the winter.

Motorists on portions of I-90, I-190, I-290 and Route 33 had to deal with congestion as they made their way to school and work Monday morning.
