Nurse admits writing herself prescriptions

A Jamestown nurse now admits stealing forms and writing herself prescriptions for Oxycodone.

Samilyn Olson pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute Oxycodone on Tuesday. The 47-year-old used to work as a nurse at the Veterans Affairs Community Based Outpatient Clinic in Jamestown. After writing the prescriptions, either Olson or others would fill them at a local pharmacy and then distribute the pills.
