Man arraigned on charges over high speed chase

A 22-year-old who allegedly led police on a high speed chase from Olean to Allegany to Carrollton and into Pennsylvania pleaded guilty to multiple charges on Monday.

Douglas Goodwin of Williamsport, PA is accused of taking police on a high speed pursuit last July. He’s facing two counts of first degree reckless endangerment, fourth degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, unlicensed operator, and 19 other vehicle and traffic violations.

Goodwin is due back in court at a later date.
