Bills quarterback EJ Manuel revealed today, he had a minor procedure performed on his knee after the season and is now rehabbing.
Manuel, in New York for the Super Bowl festivities, confirmed the procedure to a group of reporters.
He suffered knee injuries three separate times as a rookie – first on his left knee in the preseason, when he had his first knee procedure performed. Manuel injured the other knee during a week five matchup at Cleveland, then missed the final two games of the season after spraining his left knee.
Manuel said the minor procedure was simply to clean out the knee. He also said, he will wear a knee brace during the 2014 season.
