M.E.C. snaps McKinley’s streak

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – McKinley’s record 33-game winning streak in the Yale Cup came to an end tonight, with Middle Early College knocking off the defending champs 69-52.

The Kats broke open a close game in the second quarter and never looked back to take over first place.

Bri’an Brown scored 22 points, along with 15 rebounds and 7 assists to pace M.E.C. TJ Scott chipped in with a double-double of his own, scoring 18 points with 11 rebounds and 8 steals.
