Traffic stop leads to three drug arrests

A traffic stop led State Police to arrest three people inside a vehicle for various drug possession charges.

Bruce Jedrysik, 32, of Sinclairville was pulled over on Bard Road in the Town of Arkwright on Saturday. Troopers say he had five grams of cocaine in his possession and he was placed under arrest. Jedrysik is charged with third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, unauthorized use a motor vehicle, and aggravated unlicensed operation. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail on $10,000 bail.

Troopers say Dakota Gibbon, 25, of Cassadaga, a passenger in the vehicle, lied about his identity at first, but eventually authorities discovered who he is. He was charged with false personation and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail on outstanding probation warrants.

Another passenger, 29-year-old Jennifer Pelc of Sinclairville was arrested and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument. She was released and is due back in court at a later date.
