Charged driver had 45 suspensions


A routine traffic stop led to an arrest of a man with an unusual driving record in Attica.  Police stopped 51-year-old Roberto Sayas, of the Bronx, on Sunday. He was stopped for speeding and tinted windows.

Police say they checked his records and found he had a suspended license. In addition, they learned he had been suspended 45 times and his license has been taken 10 times.
