Three accused of shoplifting at 7-Eleven

Three Buffalo men were arrested after police say they stole items from the 7-Eleven on Market Street in Attica.

Officers responded to the store around 3:30 p.m. on Sunday and found the suspects had already fled the area. Police put out a description of the vehicle, and troopers spotted it on Rt. 20 in Alden.

State Police took 30-year-old Marquill Adams, 20-year-old Shawn Roland and 31-year-old Marcello Wiggins into custody for petit larceny. Adams was additionally charged with second degree criminal contempt after it was found he was in the vehicle with a woman who he has been ordered to stay away from by the court.

Adams and Wiggins were taken to the Wyoming County Jail on $10,000 bail. Roland was released. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
