A traffic infraction led State Police to pull over a driver who they discovered had 25 license suspensions and a warrant out for his arrest.

Around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, troopers stopped the driver of a Chevrolet Impala for moving from a lane unsafely on Transit Road in Lancaster. Police say the driver, 39-year-old Time Thomas of Buffalo, has 25 current license suspensions and an active warrant out of Cheektowaga for first degree aggravated unlicensed operation.

Thomas was placed under arrest and again charged with first degree aggravated unlicensed operation. He is due back in Lancaster Court at a later date.

He was then turned over to Cheektowaga Police for the warrant. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
