Five arrested in Wyoming County for drug sales

Five people have been arrested over the last month for allegedly selling drugs in Wyoming County.

Authorities say the following people are facing charges:

  • Cortny Goodman, 23, of Kings Mountain, North Carolina – allegedly sold heroin to undercover agents in the Village of Perry in the summer of 2013. Charged with third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
  • Brandon Klein, 30, of Arcade – allegedly sold Klonopin to undercover agents in the Town of Arcade during the summer of 2013. Charged with two counts of fifth degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
  • Megan Miller, 23, of Warsaw – arrested alongside Cortny Goodman and is facing the same charge
  • Christina Orellana, 32, of Perry – allegedly sold Diazepam, Hydrocodone and Oxycodone to undercover agents in the Village of Perry several times during the summer of 2013. Charged with third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and several counts of fifth degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
  • Diane Simmons, 35, of Delevan – allegedly sold Alprazolam and Clonazepam to undercover agents in the Village of Arcade during the summer of 2013. Charged with two counts of fifth degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and two counts of fifth degree criminal possession of a controlled substance

All five suspects have been released on bail or are out on pre-trial release pending further court proceedings.
