High schoolers bundle up to support the poor

CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB)- Dozens of students from Clarence High School will brave the cold to help those in need. The Annual Sleep Out to benefit the poor and homeless is Friday night.

High schoolers will bundle up and stay outside from 8 p.m. Friday until 5 a.m. Saturday.

The first 23 sleep outs have raised more than $390,000. This year their goal is “2014,” or $20,014.

You can drop off donations Friday at the event. They will help several local organizations.
