I have a chance to thank the families for their enthusiastic participation, on behalf of Channel 4.

A man wanted by Perry Police for charges of forcible touching was arrested in Allegany County following a foot pursuit.

Deputies acting on information from Perry Police went to a home on Crotty Road in the Town of Granger to arrest 32-year-old Joseph Washburn. Authorities say Washburn fled on foot into a heavily wooded area near his home, but was located a short time later on Crotty Road around 200 yards away.

Deputies placed him under arrest and turned him over to Perry Police. Further charges are pending in Allegany County. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
