A Niagara Falls elementary school went into lockdown for half an hour Monday, after an anonymous bomb threat was called into the school.

The district says the threat was called in to Hyde Park Elementary at 12:18 p.m. The school went into lockdown, police cleared the building and the lockdown was lifted by 12:48 p.m.

This threat was made just hours after bombs were reported at two nearby high schools, Niagara Wheatfield and Niagara Falls.
