Student faces drug charges after traffic stop

A Penn State Behrend student from Maryland was arrested in the Town of Randolph, after being stopped for speeding on I-86. New York State Police say 19-year-old Jia H. You is facing drug charges.

Troopers say they searched her vehicle and found five grams of concentrated hashish, smoking devices with marijuana residue and approximately four grams of pot.
