Woman responding to bomb threat allegedly drunk

A parent who drove to the Sanborn Fire Hall after learning her child was sheltering in place due to a bomb threat in the Niagara-Wheatfield School District was arrested for DWI.

Lynn Beach was pulled over by Lewiston Police shortly before 11 a.m. on Monday. Officers say the 57-year-old woman was intoxicated and she had a BAC of .12 percent.

After being arraigned, she was taken to the Niagara County Jail.
