Attorney sentenced to time served over taxes

A Buffalo attorney who admitted not paying taxes while working at various public positions and at her private practice was sentenced to time served on Tuesday.

Between 2005-2007, 50-year-old Lisa Yaeger failed to report a substantial amount of income to the IRS, costing the government more than $22,000.
