City Hall marks 50 years since Civil Rights Act

Buffalo City Hall marked 50 years since the Civil Rights Act of 1964 on Tuesday.

Mayor Byron Brown hosted the Black History Awards Ceremony, and News 4’s Brittni Smallwood served as Mistress of Ceremonies.
