Students jump rope to raise money for good cause

Third, fourth and fifth graders at Oswayo Valley got up and jumped rope to help raise money for the American Heart Association. This year they jumped their way to a total of $5,000.

Since 2005, they have raised more than $30,000. The money will help support research.

The event also teaches students about the importance of health living.
