A man who left the hospital Wednesday morning was arrested and charged with leading police on a high speed pursuit last month.
Bryan Bobe of Jamestown was injured in a crash on Foote Avenue on January 20 with another vehicle during what police call a high speed chase. Since then, the 24-year-old has been recovering from his injuries in a Rochester hospital.
When he was released from the medical center on Wednesday, officers arrested him on 15 separate charges, including two counts of first degree reckless endangerment, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, reckless driving, speed not reasonable, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and nine other traffic charges.
He is currently being held at the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.
