People living in Niagara and Orleans counties may have felt the earth move late Wednesday night.

A 2.9 magnitude earthquake happened right in the middle of Lake Ontario, just over the Canadian border at 11:57 p.m. on Wednesday. Though the quake happened less than 30 miles from the United States, we have had no reports from viewers saying they felt any shaking.
