Agency approves company to buy Market Arcade

BUFFALO, N.Y.(WIVB)- Sinatra and Company Real Estate is a step closer to purchasing the Market Arcade building, in downtown Buffalo. The Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency approved their offer to purchase 617 Main Street, and now the proposal needs to be approved by the Buffalo Common Council.

In a statement from Sinatra and Company Founder and President Nick Sinatra, it says they will bring all 27 employees into a newly renovated 8,000-square-foot space on the upper floors of the building. This location will be the flagship for the company to grow for years to come, according to the company’s statement.
