Driver accused of .22 percent BAC

CHARLOTTE, N.Y. (WIVB)- A Sinclairville woman is accused of driving drunk Sunday in the Town of Charlotte. New York State Police say 35-year-old Krista Gibbons had nearly three times the legal blood alcohol content at the time of the traffic stop.

Police say Gibbons was stopped on CR 64. She took a breath test that revealed an alleged .22 percent DWI.

She was arrested and is due in Town of Charlotte Court.
