BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Buffalo man found guilty of beating his wife to death will spend the next 25 years in prison.
Erie County Judge Sheila DiTullio sentenced 32-year-old Antoine Mattox to the maximum on Tuesday. Mattox pleaded guilty last October to manslaughter in the death of his wife, Nedra.
Mattox fled the city after killing his wife and was found by Rochester Police at a Greyhound Bus Station.
The case stretched on for several months after Mattox fired three of his attorneys.
