Man sentenced for sexual enticement of teen

CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WIVB) – A 32-year-old Cheektowaga man is going to prison for the next 10 years after being convicted of enticing a minor to engage in sexual activity.

Salvatore Tantillo, II met a 16-year-old over the internet and told the teen he was 18-years-old, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office. After communicating with her for a period of months, Tantillo met the victim to engage in sexual activity.

After he is released, he will have five years of supervised release.
