Woman charged after fight with boyfriend over sub

BOSTON, N.Y. (WIVB) – A woman is accused of striking her boyfriend’s leg with her vehicle after he ate her sub at the Boston Hotel. New York State Police say the incident happened at 10 p.m. Monday on Boston State Road.

Police say 51-year-old Lisa M. Snyder was drunk at the time of the incident. Snyder apparently got into an argument with the man and started to leave the restaurant. The victim says he tried to speak with Snyder and as she started to pull away, he slipped and the vehicle started to run over his leg.

Police say Snyder’s story was similar to the victim’s story, and that she referenced his claims of her tire striking his leg. The trooper says Snyder showed signs of intoxication and a breath sample revealed an alleged .14 percent blood alcohol content.

Snyder was charged with DWI and issued traffic tickets. She is due in Town of Boston Court at a later date.
