A Cheektowaga man pleaded guilty to selling hydrocodone pills to an undercover officer, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office. Charles Young, 33, pleaded guilty to the highest charges he could have been convicted of.

The DA’s office says Young sold the pills on three different occasions in the fall of 2013. Young has prior criminal convictions involving narcotics and marijuana and could face a maximum of 5.5 years in state prison when he is sentenced in May. provides commenting to allow for constructive discussion on the stories we cover.
