Two accused of stealing cigarettes from store

GOWANDA, N.Y. (WIVB) – Two men who ran out of a smoke shop with $150 worth of cigarettes were arrested Wednesday night.

State Police began investigating last week when two men stole cigarettes from the Iroquois SMoke Shop on Rt. 438 in Gowanda. Investigators narrowed in on their suspects, and Wednesday night, took 49-year-old Robert Bargy and 25-year-old Joshua Ross, both of Falconer, into custody.

After being arraigned, both were sent to the Erie County Holding Center on $5,000 bail.
