High schooler arrested for threatening a teacher

ATTICA, N.Y. (WIVB) – An Attica Central High School student was arrested Thursday after he allegedly threatened a teacher and the teacher’s family.

Wyoming County Sheriff’s deputies took the 17-year-old into custody on charges of third degree menacing. An order of protection was issued for the teacher.

The suspect was released to his mother. He’s due back in court in April.
