Assistant manager allegedly steals from NOCO

CLARENCE, N.Y. (WIVB)- An assistant manager admits to stealing money from the NOCO gas station on Main Street in Clarence, according to New York State Police. The regional manager and store manager monitored the assistant manager’s transactions over a three-month period, police say.

Police say 23-year-old Peter Biesik, of Clarence, admitted taking money through fake bottle returns and voiding transactions. The regional manager told police they had accounted for $1,807.65 in cash that was taken over the three-month period.

Biesik is charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. He will appear in Town of Clarence Court at a later date.
