MINA, N.Y. (WIVB) – A man who was ordered by the court to steer clear of his victim was arrested Sunday after allegedly getting involved in a domestic violence incident.

State Police took 59-year-old Gary Rafaloski of Mina into custody on charges of second degree criminal contempt, fourth degree criminal mischief and second degree harassment. Troopers say Rafaloski struck his victim during a domestic violence incident.

After being arraigned in Town of Clymer Court, he was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail on $5,000 bail.
