Woman fails field sobriety tests, arrested

ELLICOTT, N.Y. (WIVB) – A traffic stop led to the arrest of a southern tier woman for DWI on Sunday.

Troopers pulled 44-year-old Michelle Armentrout of Falconer over on Rt. 394 in the Town of Ellicott and say they detected an odor of alcohol while speaking with her. Armentrout allegedly failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC of .10 percent.

She is charged with DWI and failure to keep right.
