Man allegedly points gun at daughter

EAGLE, N.Y. (WIVB) – A father allegedly pointed a shotgun into his daughter’s face Saturday, on Telegraph Road in the Town of Eagle. The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office says they received a frantic call from the daughter of 50-year-old William S. Emmick.

Emmick allegedly held a gun to his 27-year-old daughter’s face, telling her to get off his property. Emmick was taken into custody without incident and charged with second-degree menacing.

He was released on his own recognizance and an order of protection was issued.
