BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - A Buffalo man was allegedly carrying 8.43 ounces of marijuana when he was stopped on the Kensington Expressway, Monday evening. New York State Police say they stopped 52-year-old Tracy L. Hollamon for speeding.
The trooper reports smelling marijuana while speaking with Hollamon. Police say they searched the vehicle and found a plastic bag in the center console, with 23 plastic bags containing pot.
Hollamon was charged with two felonies, second-degree criminal sale of marijuana and third-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
