Driver accused of DWI after crash

GREAT VALLEY, N.Y. (WIVB)- The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office says a driver was drunk at the time of a crash in Great Valley.

The sheriff’s office says 61-year-old Karen E. Rapacioli, of Salamanca, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Tuesday. Rapacioli was involved in a crash on Route 219 and was then arrested for felony DWI common law, felony DWI .08 of 1 percent or higher and failure to keep right.

Rapacioli is scheduled to appear in Town of Great Valley Court at a later date.
