BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A man who stole five ATVs and one dirt bike when he was just a teen has now absconded from parole.
Michael Frears was just 16-years-old in 2010 when he and three others committed the thefts at four different homes in the Town of Wheatfield. He served time for third degree burglary and had been out on parole when police say he took off, telling officers, “try and catch me if you are good enough.”
Frears is now 20-years-old, 5’10” tall and 205 pounds. He has a number of distinct tattoos, which you can see in the included picture:
Police say the last time he was taken into custody, Frears fought with officers and he should be considered dangerous.
A reward of up to $1,000 if being offering for information that leads to his arrest. Call 867-6161 if you have any information.
