Lawmaker calls for IDA reform

AMHERST, N.Y. (WIVB) – Thursday, a local lawmaker will be pushing to change how companies do business in Amherst. Assemblyman Sean Ryan is calling for IDA reform. He says companies who get tax breaks, need to be penalized if they cut jobs.
