LACKAWANNA, N.Y. (WIVB) – A Lackawanna man is accused of killing his girlfriend Tequila Suter on February 15th. Damoni Hall, 21, was arraigned in court Friday morning on a second-degree murder charge.

Hall allegedly killed Suter by “multiple sharp force injuries,” at 29 Wilkesbarre, according to the Erie County District Attorney’s Office.
If convicted, Hall could face a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.
Friends tell News 4 Suter was a smart, independent woman, who was finishing her master’s degree while working two jobs, one helping disabled adults and the other helping teens who have had children.
Suter’s cousin, Zanisha Suter, said, “She’s a great, great woman and she inspired me and my sister with her great deeds and she just had a big heart and I miss her so much.”
