HAMBURG, N.Y. (WIVB) – The woman charged with robbing the Bank of America in East Aurora on Wednesday has admitted robbing the First Niagara Bank in Hamburg earlier this month, police say.

Ashley Reardon was arrested shortly after she allegedly robbed the Main Street bank. She was charged with third degree robbery and petit larceny, and authorities believed it was possible the 25-year-old was also responsible for bank robberies in Hamburg and Orchard Park.

On Friday, Hamburg Police announced Reardon admitted to detectives that she was responsible for robbing the Lake Shore Road bank on February 7.
