Three in Niagara County arrested for DWI by State Police

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (WIVB) – State Police in Niagara County arrested three people from last Friday through Sunday for DWI.

On Friday, troopers stopped a driver for speeding on Campbell Boulevard in the Town of Pendleton. State Police say they found 40-year-old Roger Linville of Amherst to be intoxicated, and his BAC was reportedly .14 percent. He was arrested and charged with DWI and speeding.

On Niagara Falls Boulevard in Niagara Falls on Saturday, troopers stopped 50-year-old Diane Schueler of Williamsville for multiple vehicle and traffic infractions. A breath test taken on suspicion Schueler was intoxicated reportedly showed she had a BAC of .11 percent. She was arrested and charged with DWI.

On Sunday, troopers stopped a man whose vehicle had crossed the westbound lanes on Niagara Falls Boulevard in Niagara Falls and struck a curb before crossing back over the eastbound lanes and coming to a stop.
