Zumbathon raises money to fight MS

KENMORE, N.Y. (WIVB) – They were up and moving to fight MS over the weekend. The Brounshidle American Legion Post hosted their third annual Zumbathon Sunday.

It benefits the National MS Society of Upstate New York. The organizer expected over 120 dancers to support the cause this time.

The event kicked off National MS Society’s awareness week. MS is a chronic, often disabling disease that attacks the central nervous system. There are more than 12,000 upstate New Yorkers who are living with MS.
